The owners of Levante Tacos, Heather and Sergio, have made it their mission to serve fresh tacos, spread kindness, and treat all of their customers and employees as family. 

In 2008, Heather and Sergio met in Austin, TX, where they decided to raise their family of 3 children and 2 dogs. After years of working in the hotel industry, they decided to explore a business plan written for a college project and move back to Heather’s hometown, Blue Springs, MO. 

After months of planning, Levante Tacos opened for business in October, 2020 in Lee’s Summit, MO and they have been enjoying their new adventure ever since!
